I think this is a very good topic to research for your campus. PLC's are vital to any school campus to help align grade levels and build a consistent curriculum. It it very important for teachers to get together to build relationships and discuss areas that need aligning from year to year. New teachers get the chance to learn so much from veteran teachers and vice versa. We adopted this techinique on our campus and also utilize PLC's in this manner. It is very effective and valuable. I'm looking forward to tracking the progress for you campus.
